This day is the day im going to wear my rain boots for the 1st time....Ive been ignoring this look for the past 2 years!!! Wow...really i am...its like im more into fashion than function!!! lol. Then one morning i realize, wait!!! my oxford flats was soaked with water after i wore it the other day. I need to get one....so,here we go!!! I will strut in the street of NEW YORK, rain or shine!!! its FUNCTION OVER FASHION....is the inspiration of the day...
